I really enjoy working with students! For the past couple of years I have been involved in mentoring activities such as MIT PRIMES, a year-long program oriented to introduce high school students to research in STEM disciplines, and the UF Math Circle, a program aims at middle and high school students having fun while learning interesting mathematics outside a typical school curriculum. 

I have had the pleasure of working with the following students: Sofía Albizu-Campos, Juliet Bringas, Hannah Fox, Agastya Goel, Victor Michel Gonzalez, Sophia Liao, Caroline Liu, Annabel Ma, Pedro Rodriguez, and Andrew Zhang.

• On the atomic structure of exponential Puiseux monoids and semirings by Sofía Albizu-Campos, Juliet Bringas, and Harold Polo.

• Localizations of semidomains by Victor Michel Gonzalez, Pedro Rodriguez, and Miguel Secillano (in progress).
